Setting goals make us happier. Is what makes us want to jump out of bed every morning and what makes us passionate about life. Goals can be big or small, personal or professional. Most people tend to set new goals at the beginning of each year. Usually big ones.
To start pursuing a big goal, you should first learn how to achieve smaller ones. This is how you will get into the right mindset and develop (probably) the most important trait for success, self discipline.
As soon as you get a winning mindset and you achieve the necessary level of self discipline, you can then aim higher. Remember to keep yourself motivated.
