Although gyms are closed, there are other ways to keep our bodies active while at home, with or without any equipment. All we need to have is internet connection and a pinch of creativity.
There are tons of videos on YouTube, on interval training/HIIT, yoga and isometric exercises that people can do from the comfort of their own home. In addition, there are thousands of apps (many of them for free) that serve similar purposes.
Keeping ourselves active is beneficial not only for our physical health, but for our mental health too. Polarity Technologies’ team loves sports and enjoys working out.
