“Gyms are closed.” This is the most common line people are using to justify why they have stopped working out. There are many ways to keep our bodies active while at home, with or without any equipment. All we need to have is good internet connection and some creativity (when it comes to the equipment).
There are tons of videos on YouTube, on interval training/HIIT, yoga and isometric exercises that people can do from the comfort of their own home. In addition, there are thousands of apps (many of them free) that serve similar purposes.
